Care giving goes full circle! This program provides a special day just for a caregiver!  Not only will we provide them with their desired day, they will also be treated to a day that will allow them to relax, recharge and learn self care suited for their specific needs.

Yoga, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Meditation, Infrared Sauna, Chromotherapy, Somatic Movement, Breathwork, Massage, Ortho-Bionomy®, Reflexology, Ear Seeding, Reiki, Hiking, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Wellness Retreats, Aromatherapy, and more!

+ Caregiver MOBILE Self-Care Unit 

Where we come to caregivers homes with a vehicle fully equipped with vibroacoustic sound lounge, meditation seat, sound bowls, Breathwork practices and so much more. Many caregivers can not leave & do not have support if they could - this way, they do not go without the self-care they need and deserve! This type of self-care provides for them AND assists them in providing care with less stress, overwhelm and burnout. (we are currently fundraising to complete this unit in 2024)

+ Caregiver Training Classes 

Where caregivers learn how to care for their loved ones and themselves. They'll learn what to expect when caring for different types of individuals, including terminally ill, and elderly. A community of caregivers learning sustainable methods.

As of February 14, 2022 we now have a donated brick and mortar space within the holistic wellness studio, Eleven11-A Whole Health Studio in downtown Elkhorn, WI! Unpaid Family Caregivers may attend classes and events and use certain equipment and book certain self-care treatments for NO CHARGE! (contact us for discounts or free offerings for your charge or immediate family)
